Maintain a healthy, conscious pregnancy in this weekly Zoom class.
- 75-90min. class via Zoom.
- Release Covid-19 anxieties in carefully chosen asanas (kriyas) and meditations.
- Use breath techniques for daily practice - great for anxious moments
- Work with the pelvic floor for pliability and strength.
- Prepare for birth as you discover the power of your mind.
