Saturdays 12pm ET

Maintain a healthy, conscious pregnancy in this weekly Zoom class.

  • 75-90min. class via Zoom.
  • Release Covid-19 anxieties in carefully chosen asanas (kriyas) and meditations.
  • Use breath techniques for daily practice - great for anxious moments
  • Work with the pelvic floor for pliability and strength.
  • Prepare for birth as you discover the power of your mind.
