How the 40-Days of Meditation Works
Over the 40-days we'll practice with many different meditations. We'll start off more simply and increase difficulty and focus over time as you become familiar with what works and doesn't work for you and where you're at.
There will be time allotted for any questions and to provide help... I'll be your personal coach throughout the 40-day practice.
All meditations are provided to support you, your baby and your pregnancy.
